Pet Policy
The Winsted is a pet-friendly community. Mature dogs and cats are permitted. We do not have a weight limit on pets, but there are aggressive breed restrictions subject to management approval.
No weight limit, but there are breed restrictions. Two pets allowed. Under 40 lbs $300 non refundable pet fee. Over 40 lbs $500 pet fee non refundable pet fee. $10 per month pet rent. All fees apply per pet.
No more than 2 pets per apartment home allowed and only 1 pet is permitted if the pet is over 40 lbs. In addition, all pets must be neutered/spayed and cats must be declawed and indoor pets only. Pets will only be allowed in the apartment with a completed pet agreement and photograph of the pet.
