I just moved here 4 days ago and I love it already, the Apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is very Quiet.I want to thank Sheila and Rebecca for being so nice and welcoming me to Winsted. It's like I am already living in my own house.

I lived here for almost 2 years. Very lovely place to stay. Good environment and atmosphere. Friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Management is excellent. Never had any single issue. Close to the airport, hospital, school, market and shops. All 1st floors are one bedroom and 2nd floor two bedrooms. The only issue I had was my downstairs neighbor!!! she moved in exactly when I noticed the office that I’m moving out. She was alone, no kids, no pets and old enough. Couldn’t tolerate hearing someone walk upstairs??, but she is not gonna stop me to hit 5 star to the professional staff, management, quick maintenance responders and other loyal neighbors that I had there.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about The Winsted at Valley Ranch...From my initial experiences with both Victoria and Beatrice, whom provided highly exceptional customer service the entire application/approval time on down to the maintenance man Mario, whom always shows up promptly with a smile and a helpful hand...I have throughly enjoyed my stay here,thus far. My neighbors are quiet, clean & friendly...which is a major plus!! & Even though many of us have pets, everyone does there part in picking up after their dogs to make sure the community is clean. I initially feared being so close to the dumpster areas but maintenance does a superb job at keeping the trash contained in such a way that infestations have not been a problem...I pray it stays this way!! I highly recommend staying here, at The Winsted...for the most part, it’s in a great area with a quiet neighborhood...the people are friendly & mind their business, what more could one ask for?!

Happy Mother

The staff at Winstead are so professional. Victoria was exceptionally Awesome. Victoria was very kind and honest with us throughout the whole process. She made this experience one that we will never forget. This is my daughters first apartment and I can honestly say that I will be able to rest at night knowing that Winstead is her new home away from home. No matter how many questions we had or how many times we called the office, whether we got Victoria or Rebecca they were both equally professional. Victoria understood my daughters needs for her first apartment and made us feel comfortable the first time we met her. Sure we looked at other properties, but when it was time to make the final decision 1 month after we initially saw Victoria, we knew for sure Winstead was the place that my daughter would call Home.. Thanks Victoria and the Staff at Winstead , you all ROCK....

It's a really great place and the people at the front are amazing/nice. It has nicely sized apartments and they have pools, courts, washer/dryer, and a gym. Pets are allowed so that's a great plus to have.

Moving to a whole new area can be stressful but Beatrice and Victoria were so patient and helpful through the entire process. Not only is the apartment complex beautiful it also very quiet. Not to mention it is close to all the different types of food venues

Beatrice, Victoria and the rest of the office staff are super friendly and very professional. I had some minor stuff that needed to be addressed and each time, the maintenance crew resolved the problem in a timely manner. I highly recommend this gated community. I appreciate the convenience of trash pickup every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well.

I made an emergency maintenance request at 6:00 on Sunday night. Within the hour, the maintenance man on-call, JAVIER, was at my front door. He was kind & professional. He changed the filter, checked “something” outside, and determined an outside contractor would come on Monday morning. In the meantime, he installed a portable AC unit. When I got home early Monday afternoon, my AC was working again! Thanks to Javier and the maintenance team. As always, their service is prompt, efficient, and certainly appreciated!

This community has been great, especially the staff. Beatrice in the leasing office was beyond helpful and super responsive to all my questions. The maintenance staff have responded quickly to all move in needs and fixed the issues without problems.

Beatrice is just fantastic. I moved out of The Winsted 3 years ago and somehow got some mail delivered there.. she called me, followed up regularly and helped me get it back. Extremely professional and courteous. I definitely want to swing by in person some time to thank her. If you're considering The Winsted, know that you have a very helpful and nice person working there to take care of you.

Moving from out of state is difficult, but thanks to the help from the wonderful staff, Beatrice and Victoria, this was by far the smoothest move in I've had. They were both very accommodating, personable, and always got back to me in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and affordable. The people here are nice and it feels like your own little community.

Biggest thank you to Victoria and Beatrice! After a stressful move-in day, I came to the property 30 minutes after office hours, and they were willing to wait for me. They also allowed me to park my large U-Haul at the front with no towing penalties! The Winsted made move in very easy for me, and my townhome is absolutely perfect! Two days in and I have no complaints here! Beautiful property, beautiful apartments, and a gorgeous scenery in the surrounding areas!

I just signed a 22 month lease here. The assistant manager Rebecca Hernandez helped me do it quick and easy on my day off. My neighbors are friendly and the environment feels safe. The staff has been helpful and I look forward to the next 22 months in my new home.

I have recently moved into The Winsted at Valley Ranch and i must say Victoria and the office staff have been extremely helpful. I absolutely like my appointment ??. It has more than enough space for my husband and I. The neighbors i have encountered have been really nice and helpful also. Where do I start about the leasing office and communicating with Beatrice! We asked her for a tour and she called and did a FaceTime tour with us in a matter of minutes. She was kind, honest and clear. We are moving back to the area from Los Angeles and needed her help. She was extremely knowledgable about the area and what would be best for our family with an 8 month old little boy. And, Victoria was also amazing! We spent 10 minutes on the phone with her talking about details of different buildings and she even helped me with following through with our application process. She was honest and eased our fears. I just appreciate the way the way Beatrice and Victoria treated us. We are so looking forward to moving in the end of this week!

Really nice apartments and the staff is very receptive and care about their residents, community and prospective residents. The amenities are amazing too. Anita is fantastic at her job and gainz is a great cooperation. Wonderful community all around, would definitely recommend.

I can't speak for everyone but personally I haven't had any major issues with this apartment complex. The staff is great (with the exception of one rude staff member) and the property is well maintained. I've lived in this complex going on 2 years and I can honestly say that I like living here.

I've lived on this property for a couple of years and I love it. Property is well kept and maintenance usually takes care of work orders within 24 hours. Management is very nice and professional. They recently installed the parcel pending so all packages are safely stored away from the elements while you're away. All units have enclosed balconies and attached garages... nothing beats a garage. You'll love living here also.
