14 Years here and another lease on the way
I moved into one of the smallest one bedroom units in August 2010 (yes 14 years ago). It seems simple, but the thing that ... brought me here was a sign stating Attached Garages. After years if living in apartment complexes that barely offered a covered parking area, having my own garage was a God send. In 2018, I decided my apartment was too small for me. I signed a new lease in the largest one bedroom floor plan. I will be signing a 15 month lease within the next lease. That will put me here for over 15 years. Though I have had issues with the property in the past (remember when COVID hit and the following ICE Age), but with Elizabeth and her staff on hand, they satisfied all my needs and requests, making my apartment a wonderful living experience. The needed repairs were made quickly and efficiently. Being handicapped, the maintenance crew installed grab bars in the shower for my convenience and safety. I especially want to recognize Paige of the office staff. If I have parcels and she is working, she comes to open the door for me. She helps me get my packages from the lockers and VOLUNTARILY carries them to my car. She always greets the tenants with a huge smile and addresses them by their name. She needs to teach other customer service personnel how to do what she does - treat your customer with respect rather than just have them think you are only doing the job for their pay. That was in Feb 2020 nothing wasn't getting done, I wanted to leave. When my lease was up there was a new manager and new staff, so I decided to give it another chance another year, so right before my lease was up that year that's when Elizabeth,Paige, brenda and the rest of the staff came aboard and everything worked out perfectly thanks to Elizabeth going up and beyond to help me and I appreciate you Elizabeth and staff for helping me. The property is fairly clean as every morning the maintenance team is cleaning the roads! The manager and all office team is extremely nice and helpful!

Prior to this community, I was living in a Grand Home in Valley Ranch, sold it, and was only planning to stay at The Winsted Apartments for 1 year, while I looked to purchase another home.....well, its now been 10 years. I've worked in "new homes" industry for 30 years, so quality, customer service and location is VERY, VERY important to me. I wanted to share my experience with you regarding The Winsted Apartments. I'm THRILLED to say that the staff....Elizabeth (manager), Beth and Kyler (Assts, & Carlos Maintenance) are wonderful!!! All are extremely responsive to any request I bring them. This has been the week of needing much assistance from each of them.!! THANK YOU ELIZABETH, BETH, KYLER and CARLOS!!!!! I live at The Winsted Apartments because I feel SAFE (especially during these times), property is so nice and clean and because of this extraordinary staff!!! Management is excellent. Never had any single issue. Close to the airport, hospital, school, market and shops. All 1st floors are one bedroom and 2nd floor two bedrooms. The only issue I had was my downstairs neighbor!!! she moved in exactly when I noticed the office that I’m moving out. She was alone, no kids, no pets and old enough. Couldn’t tolerate hearing someone walk upstairs??, but she is not gonna stop me to hit 5 star to the professional staff, management, quick maintenance responders and other loyal neighbors that I had there.

and Beatrice, whom provided highly exceptional customer service the entire application/approval time on down to the maintenance man Mario, whom always shows up promptly with a smile and a helpful hand...I have throughly enjoyed my stay here,thus far. My neighbors are quiet, clean & friendly...which is a major plus!! & Even though many of us have pets, everyone does there part in picking up after their dogs to make sure the community is clean. I initially feared being so close to the dumpster areas but maintenance does a superb job at keeping the trash contained in such a way that infestations have not been a problem...I pray it stays this way!! I highly recommend staying here, at The Winsted...for the most part, it’s in a great area with a quiet neighborhood...the people are friendly & mind their business, what more could one ask for?!

The staff at Winstead are so professional. Victoria was exceptionally Awesome. Victoria was very kind and honest with us ... throughout the whole process. She made this experience one that we will never forget. This is my daughters first apartment and I can honestly say that I will be able to rest at night knowing that Winstead is her new home away from home. No matter how many questions we had or how many times we called the office, whether we got Victoria or Rebecca they were both equally professional. Victoria understood my daughters needs for her first apartment and made us feel comfortable the first time we met her. Sure we looked at other properties, but when it was time to make the final decision 1 month after we initially saw Victoria, we knew for sure Winstead was the place that my daughter would call Home..
